2. Service Description Cherubim AI Infosoft Pvt Ltd provides professional video editing services based on selected packages. Customers can choose from available packages, specify their requirements, and pay online in advance.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • All services must be paid for in full at the time of order.
  • Payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway.
  • Prices for packages are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer promptly.

5. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy if the work is not completed within the specified delivery period.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the order date.
  • If the editing process has already started or the final work has been delivered, refunds will not be applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

6. Revisions and Modifications

  • Customers are entitled to a limited number of free revisions as per the selected package.
  • Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges.

7. Content Guidelines

  • Customers must provide all necessary materials (video clips, images, instructions) at the time of order.
  • We do not edit or produce content that violates copyright laws, contains explicit material, or promotes illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Customers retain ownership of their original content.
  • Edited videos delivered by Cherubim AI Infosoft Pvt Ltd may not be resold, distributed, or used for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to delays, technical issues, or third-party platform failures.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
